Is there a free trial?
Yes — the Standard plan, monthly or yearly, comes with a 7-day free trial of the full Standard plan. You add a card when you start it, and nothing is charged during the 7 days. On day 7 your card is charged for the plan you chose, and we email you a reminder before that. Cancel from Billing any time before then and you pay nothing. The trial is once per account, and the other plans are charged from the day you choose them.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrading charges the difference for the remainder of your current period; downgrading takes effect right away and your new price applies from the next renewal.
What is an AI credit?
Every plan comes with one monthly pool of AI credits for captions, hashtags, chat, images and voice. A bigger job uses more credits: a chat message or a caption is about 1 credit, an AI image about 4, and an agent autopost with an image about 6. Before you generate, the app shows roughly how many credits it will use.
When are AI credits used?
Only when a generation succeeds. If an image or a caption fails, the credits go straight back. Publishing and scheduling never use credits.
Can the number of credits an action uses change?
Yes. Credits follow what the AI model costs us, so if a provider changes its price, the same action can use more or fewer credits. You always see the estimate before you click.
What happens when I run out of AI credits?
Buy a credit pack (2,000, 5,000 or 10,000 credits) or move to a bigger plan. Credits you buy join your balance, are used after your monthly credits, and last 12 months. Monthly credits reset at the start of each month and do not roll over.
What counts as a "post"?
One post = one piece of content you create, however many platforms it goes to. Publishing the same post to 3 platforms counts as 1 post.
Which languages does the platform support?
The product is in English. You can write and publish posts in any language.
Is my social account data secure?
All traffic uses TLS (HTTPS), access tokens are held on access-restricted servers and are never exposed in the browser or API responses, and we never share your credentials with any third party. You can disconnect any account at any time.
